Fred Bartlett
Frederick Stephen Bartlett served as District Governor of Rotary District 5020 in 1987-88 as a member of the Victoria-Harbourside Rotary Club. Fred and his wife, Hazel, later moved to Abbotsford, where he lived until he passed away at the age of 88 on June 7, 2011. They have two sons, Lewis and Barry. Fred was a proud, dedicated member of Rotary International and it is said of him that in all aspects of his life, Fred embodied the Rotary ideal, “Service Above Self.”
