Currency and Refund Policies

Online payments are accepted in both Canadian and US dollars. All payments using Canadian credit cards will be processed in Canadian dollars and all payments using US credit cards will be processed in US dollars.

To avoid exchange rates and credit card processing fees ensure that the payment is for an event using the credit card for the same currency.

Refunds will be made for events where a request is made to the Event Chair providing details of the original credit card information such that the refund may be processed on that card. The District does not retain information from the card at time of payment.
