Shawn O'Donnell (District Governor-Elect for 2027-2028), invites you to join in the festivities at the Peace Arch Park for the annual Rotary Hands Across the Border ceremony, starting at 12:00 pm sharp, under the Peace Arch
Then join us at the Peace Arch Heritage Hall for Club Awards and for presentations of donations from clubs & individuals for The Rotary Foundation
Enjoy music, fun, a lunch buffet and some sweet treats.
Registration is open to all Rotarians, Rotaractors, Interactors, friends, and families. Please ensure that you complete your registration (by clicking "confirm" under the comments box) before adding your guests.
Note: Everyone must have a valid government-issued identification (i.e., passport, Nexus, enhanced driver's license, or birth certificate for Canadians) as you may be asked to provide it to border authorities as they patrol the grounds.
PARKING
USA: Peace Arch Historical State Park. Purchase a one-day Discover pass or purchase a $30 (approx) annual Washington State Parks pass. Day passes can be purchased from a kiosk on site. NOTE: Due to heightened security at the border, if you are walking up from the USA side, please go through the Canadian Border Agency clearance desk next to the car crossing on the Canadian side.
Canada: Take Beach Road (on your right), Peace Arch Provincial Park, west of the Canadian Border Services Agency Building - free parking! We will have Rotary Wheel Boards to help direct you to the parking lot.
If you are driving up from the USA and want to park on the Canadian side, please take the Beach Road access street - which is a left turn just after the Border Agency buildings.
The Peace Arch is accessible by foot from both locations. For those with mobility issues, we recommend parking on the Canadian side as there will be areas blocked off by cones for those with mobility issues – please talk to one of our Parking lot volunteers for assistance if needed.
