Jan & Harv Jubie

Harvey Jubie, a Marysville and Everett resident, began his professional career as an electrician at 18 years of age. He started his own electrical contractor's business when he was 25 years old.  He became a general contractor a few years later, developing properties and building homes and duplexes in the Marysville area.

Harv is married to Jan, who is a volunteer at the Twig Gift Shop at Providence General Hospital, and the couple have three grown daughters and five grandchildren.

Harv has served in various volunteer leadership roles throughout the years, including as a member of the Board of Directors at North County Bank, a member of the Marysville YMCA Board of Directors, and as a volunteer for the Snohomish County YMCA Capital Campaigns.  Harv has also served as Chairman on the Providence General Foundation Board of Directors, helping to raise $25,000,000 for the new Medical Tower.

Harv is a member of Marysville Rotary.  Two of his many projects with Rotary are volunteering to install local playgrounds, and helping to build schools in Guatemala for the past 19 years.  Harv served as Governor of Rotary District 5050 in 2005-2006.

Harv enjoys volunteering his time to various projects around Marysville and Everett.  He has worked extensively on the new Marysville Historical Museum and building props for local plays.  He enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.
