Join Rotarians from District 5050 and around the world at the Rotary International Convention in Barcelona, Spain from June 26-30, 2027.
Registration will open on Thursday, September 17, 2026 and the registration fee will be discounted by $200 for 5 days until September 21 - $595 USD for Rotarians and guests aged 31 and above, and only $250 USD for those between 18 and 30.
Rooms typically go very quickly in the first day, so if you want a good, local hotel for a good price, go online as soon as the registration opens - expected to be at 9:00 a.m. Central (which will be 6:00 a.m. Pacific). More hotel and housing details are below.

REGISTRATION
From this website, you can register for the Convention, book a hotel room and get information on the program and Host Organizing Committee (HOC) special events.
Convention registration fees as of September 22 for Rotarians and guests who are 31 years or older will be $795 USD per person until March 31, 2027. To encourage younger attendees, there is a discounted fee of $350 USD for anyone ages 19-30, and $20 USD for anyone age 18 or younger. The registration is refundable except for a cancellation fee of $50.
PROGRAM AND SPECIAL EVENTS
The exact program details won't be released until closer to the start of the Convention, but the Host Organizing Committee is planning a Host Hospitality Night, curated tours and more. As details are available they will be posted on the Host Organizing Committee (HOC) website.
HOTELS AND ACCOMMODATION
Rotary International has secured hotels for members. All RI contracted hotels will have free transportation from your hotel to the Convention venue. To view the hotel options and to book one, visit the main RI Convention website - www.convention.rotary.org - and click Registration and Housing.

Rotary District 5050 will be applying for a group hotel booking. However, since good hotel options sell out on the first day (September 17), I recommend that you try to book your room individually. If you later want the group hotel, you can cancel your hotel registration at no cost. We likely won't know which hotel we will get, or the price, until several weeks after registration opens.
