District Membership

Bring in new members into the club through the development and implementation of an ongoing program of Membership Development, focusing on recruiting, classifying and retaining like minded people to sustain our Club's membership needs. Ensure new members feel welcome, become active in communities, receive all information required and understand the opportunities available within the club for service, fellowship and leadership. Devise a strategy for maintaining the club's membership, identify the clubs strengths and weaknesses. Engage members, invoke them in activities, assign leadership roles, and ensure regular;at communication.
